Provision
  41. (9) The discharge of a trustee under this section operates as a release of the security provided pursuant to subsection 16(1).
Problem
In the French version, the expression "décharge de la garantie" is inappropriate for civil law and common law in French.
Solution
In the French version, the term "décharge" is replaced by "mainlevée".
