Provision

  192. (3) A registrar has no power to commit for contempt of court.

Problem

The term "résistance" in the French version is not an appropriate equivalent for "contempt of court" in the English version. The appropriate term for both legal systems in French is "outrage".

Solution

In the French version, the term "résistance" is replaced by "outrage".
