Only common law terminology
("grant of probate or letters of administration/jugement d'homologation de testament et de nomination d'un exécuteur testamentaire ou d'un administrateur"
) is used in the English and French versions. -
In the French version,
"jugement en vérification du testament ou du procès-verbal notarié de vérification"
must be added to reflect civil law terminology. -
In common law in French, it is more accurate to refer to
"lettres d'homologation ou d'administration"
than to a"jugement de nomination"
. - Solution

In the English version, in the portion of paragraph 51(7)(a) before subparagraph (i), "or, in Quebec, of the probate of the will or of the notarial minutes of the probate" is added.

In the English version, in subparagraph 51(7)(a)(i),
"or the notary who prepared the minutes of the probate"
is added. -
In the French version, in the portion of paragraph 51(7)(a) before subparagraph (i),
"l'original, au Québec, du jugement en vérification du testament ou du procès-verbal notarié de vérification"
is added and "jugement de nomination" is replaced by"lettres d'homologation ou des lettres d'administration"
. -
In the French version, in subparagraph 51(7)(a)(i), "
