means real property belonging to Her Majesty, and
includes any real property of which Her Majesty has the power to dispose;
In the French version, aliénation is a narrower
concept included in the concept of "disposition"
used in the English version.
In the French version, the term droit d'aliéner is replaced by pouvoir de disposer.
