Provision

  29. No execution shall issue on a judgment against the Crown.

Problem

In the French version, the term par voie de contrainte is inappropriate for both civil law and common law.

Solution

In the French version, the term par voie de contrainte is replaced by exécution forcée, the appropriate term for both legal systems.
