T02 Affidavit made by a Peace Officer

This affidavit is in support of my Application for the Release of information under section 14 of the Family Orders and Agreements Enforcement Assistance Act, R.C.S., 1985, c.4 (2nd Supp.) (the Act) to obtain the address of (Name of the abducting parent) , and the name and address of their employer in accordance with section 7 of the Release of Information for Family Orders and Agreements Enforcement Assistance Regulations, SOR/2023-125 (Regulations).
