Figure 1 provides a breakdown of the targeted outcomes of both projects funded under the Projects and Activities Component of the Victims Fund and projects funded under the Provincial/Territorial Component of the Victims Fund.

Figure 1 shows that the targeted outcome of 77% of Projects and Activities projects and 53% of Provincial/Territorial projects was to increase responsiveness of criminal justice system professionals/personnel and victim services.

The targeted outcome of 68% of Projects and Activities projects and 69% of Provincial/Territorial projects was to improve community capacity.

The targeted outcome of 52% of Projects and Activities projects and 31% of Provincial/Territorial projects was to have an impact on official language minority communities.

The targeted outcome of 50% of Projects and Activities projects and 69% of Provincial/Territorial projects was to enhance services and responses to the needs of victims of crime and their families.

The targeted outcome of 32% of Projects and Activities projects and 76% of Provincial/Territorial projects was to increase access to services for victims.
