- Outcome 1: Increased ability of French-speaking Canadians across Canada and English-speaking Canadians in Quebec to live and work in dynamic communities in the language of their choice.
- Outcome 2: Greater percentage of Canadians who are aware of the benefits of and have the tools needed to appreciate linguistic duality.
- Outcome 3: Enhanced capacity of the government of Canada in official languages.
Ultimate horizontal outcome
- Canadians enjoy linguistic duality, living and working in communities reflecting Canadian values in terms of the use of French and English and having access to government services in their choice of language.
