Evaluation Standards
Objective
- The objective of these standards is to offer guidance in the evaluation of CLEA programming activities.
Evaluation Methods
- 2. Evaluation methods should be used to measure the effectiveness of programming activities in achieving their objectives.
- 3. Evaluation methods may include:
- the use of approved evaluation forms;
- telephone interviews;
- personal interviews;
- unsolicited telephone calls; and
- client evaluation of written materials.
- 4. Evaluator may be staff or external consultant.
