    • Academic publications were sourced from databases and registers.
      • English publications: 1,343
      • French publications: 338
  • Screening:
    • Titles of academic publications were screened.
      • English: 139 screened, 46 excluded for lack of relevance
      • French: 120 screened, 96 excluded for lack of relevance
    • Abstracts of remaining academic publications were reviewed.
      • English: 94 sought for retrieval
