13 Although some considerations were given to the overall size and scope of the mandates of each Centre, in general, a greater number of interviews were conducted with the four Centres that were selected for more in-depth examination (ALC, CLEL, CIPL, and CLS). The CLS did not have as many interviews due to the smaller size of the Centre at the time of the evaluation (approximately 5 FTEs).
