The Minister of Justice of Canada, pursuant to section 95(1) of the Access to Information Act and 73(1) of the Privacy Act, hereby delegates any powers, duties and functions under the Acts to the persons holding the positions set out in the schedule hereto, as well as to the persons occupying those positions on an acting basis. This delegation order replaces any previous delegation order.
